Operations & Facilities Division

The Operations & Facilities Division provides services to the district’s 28 campuses located throughout northern Hays County, serving more than 24,000 students. Three 4-year comprehensive high schools, six middle schools (6-8 grade), 17 elementary schools, an alternative high school of choice and disciplinary center comprise the district’s campuses, which have tripled in number since 2000. The district also features a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center. The division is led by the chief operating officer and is responsible for the following primary functions: construction, planning, grounds/utilities/integrated pest management (IPM), maintenance, custodial services, operations, and transportation.
