      When:  Credit Recovery June 8 - July 2 (Mon - Fri)
                      Acceleration (1/2 credit)  June 8 - July 2 (Mon - Fri) 
                      Acceleration (1 credit) June 8 - July 10 (Mon - Fri) No class July 3
                      TAKS Review June 8 - July 10 (Mon - Fri) No class July 3
      Time:  8:05 a.m. - 12:05 p.m. 
      Cost:  Please meet with a counselor to determine tuition amount due.
                   $100 per 1/2 credit, $200 per full credit, no cost for TAKS Review

Registration will begin May 4, 2009 and end on May 29, 2009. Late registration will be held on June 4th  and a $20.00 late registration fee will apply. Late registration will depend on space availability. Please meet with a counselor to determine tuition amount due.  Payment and registration forms are to be turned in to the AP office at Hays HS or the Counseling office at Lehman HS. If a class does not make, a refund, in the form of a check, will be issued.  Transportation will be provided, breakfast & lunch will be served.

HCISD Distance Learning Summer School 2009

     Where:  Online classes for high school credit this summer. The classes are  
                       conducted completely online except for the exam which will be
                       scheduled to be taken in person.
     Who: Incoming 8th through 12th Grade students
     What: Desktop Publishing, Health, Economics, U.S. Government
     When:  Desktop Publishing (1.0 Credit), June 8 - July 10; 
                     Health (.5 Credit), June 8 - July 2; 
                     Economics (.5 Credit), June 8 - July 2;
                     U.S. Government (.5 Credit), June 8 - July 2.
     Cost: Virtual School tuition is $75 per half credit. If a student is eligible for
                  free/reduced lunch, they are also eligible for a 50 percent reduction in
                  virtual school tuition ($37.50 per half credit)

To register, please go to http://www.hayscisd.net/dl. After a student registers for a course, the counselor will be contacted to approve the enrollment. The student will be notified via email to confirm their enrollment. Virtual School tuition is $75 per half credit. If a student is eligible for free/reduced lunch, they are also eligible for a 50 percent reduction in virtual school tuition ($37.50 per half credit).
