National School Counseling Week 2010, "Celebrate School Counseling," is this week to focus public attention on the unique contribution of professional school counselors. Sponsored by the American School Counselors Association, this week highlights the tremendous impact school counselors can have in helping students achieve school success and plan for a career. Both houses of the U.S. Congress passed resolutions to honor the important role school counselors play in students' lives.
